The article considers the legal consequences of unlawful provision state and municipal preferences in violation Chapter 5 Federal Law No. 135–FZ 26.07.2006 “On Protection Competition”. According to results research, it is concluded that may entail various, including civil law, for both public authority (an organization or body performing functions a authority) an economic entity — recipient preference.
